Making A Purchase
Selected products are saved for processing and when the buyer is ready at the checkout the procurement process is straightforward.
To process payments we have integrated PayPal/Stripe payment processing facilities, allowing us to accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more options coming soon!

Once the purchase is processed by the payment processing company (PayPal/Stripe) the client will receive an email with an “order confirmation” and we will receive an “order received confirmation” which will trigger the production process.
The order delivery date will be booked as per the customer’s request (within available time slots)

- We are no longer able to deliver on that specified date or supply a particular product for a reason beyond our control.
we will always contact the customer to confirm that the price is acceptable or to arrange an alternative solution.
Shipping And Handling
Berry Bouquets delivers Nationwide Next Day. All orders orders are processed for Delivery from Tuesday to Sunday depending on what time your order came through. Monday is limited for some areas so please feel free to drop us a quick email if you need delivery on a Monday and we will advise as soon as possible.
Please note, we use fresh fruit every day which differs in size and colour and taste as it is a natural food product hence the received product can vary from the marketing material.
Thus, you may find some designs to look different than what is on the image but this does not mean the fruit is not the same.
Sometimes we have to replace fruits if some fruits are low in stock or not up to our standard but we always make sure you get second to none product and service.
Return / Cancellation Policy
On some very rare occasions when a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the products received, a full investigation is launched, and following the resolution agreed a replacement product or refund in the form of a credit voucher/gift card for the value of the product is issued.
All complaints are logged and investigated therefore we must ask you to follow through the complaint procedure by emailing specifics of the complaint to the PR manager at “[email protected]”. Please make sure you use the purchase order number as the subject and in the message please clearly describe the specifics of your complaint.
Due to the nature of the product (Perishable), we require you to notify us immediately of any issues and require evidence in the form of photographic images of the product to be emailed as soon as you receive the product. If you do not notify us straight away via email or call of any issue then we reserve the right to withdraw the compensation if we were unable to collect the product in time to investigate while it is still fresh and suitable to sell at a reduced rate.
Any cancellations of your order need to be made 24 hours before delivery is due. No refund shall be made once the 24-hour delivery window is past. We may, however, be able to change the delivery date but this depends on numerous conditions including production and logistics arrangements we might need to adjust to meet the customer’s requests.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of management will be final. The purchase refund amount can not exceed the amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for any consequential loss or damages exceeding the value of the product paid by the customer.
Berry Bouquets may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time.

We will deliver your order on the date you have specified if for some reason we cannot deliver it will be booked for the next earliest delivery slot available in that area.
Please be advised that all deliveries will be made between 8 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday in Birmingham and National UK deliveries are Tuesday to Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM unless a timed delivery has been selected then we will book it in as an AM delivery. Please note on some occasions such as Mother’s Day, deliveries will be available nationwide on a Sunday also.
We also deliver nationwide for large orders catering for events and parties etc….
We can not take responsibility for late delivery if the delivery is delayed due to an unfortunate event beyond our control i.e:
- Road Accidents
- Road Works
- Poor weather conditions
At all times we endeavour to make all necessary delivery arrangements thorough so the delivery will reach the client on time but it can not be guaranteed.
During the purchase process please make sure you provide the correct delivery address and most importantly the “postcode” needs to be correct otherwise our delivery contractor might struggle to find the correct delivery address.
So please ensure the address and any extra details are added to the delivery notes such as department or ward etc… If possible please ensure someone at the delivery address will be able to sign for the product, if this is not possible the order will be left with a neighbour. If a neighbour is not available, the order will be left without a signature on the porch, in the garden etc; and the evidence in the form of a picture of the location where the parcel is left will be taken to document the delivery completion.
And please note ideally we need a mobile contact number for the recipient also. The recipient’s contact number can be submitted during the purchase in the notes section.
Deliveries will only be made to receptionists, post rooms or receiving bays for business, hospital and hotel addresses. Please give as much information to the driver on delivery notes and he/she will try their best to deliver directly to the recipient (as and when possible)
Once the delivery has been received please make sure you keep the Berry Bouquet refrigerated. Please consume within 4 hours. If care has been taken to keep the Berry Bouquet refrigerated then the bouquet can last up to 24 hours. Please also take care when eating the fruit as sharp skewers are used. Children need to be supervised when eating from the bouquet.
Item may have been in contact with Nuts so please be advised for Nuts Allergies.
Please make sure you do not place the item on your lap whilst on the rod in a moving car etc…
Please note, we do not collect your Credit or Debit Card details.
All card payments are processed on our health by PayPal or Stripe
If clients decided to use their PayPal account payment facilities, we don’t collect any information besides the payer address, email address, telephone number and the recipient address, if possible email address and telephone number.
There will be no accepting changes or cancellations of the order once the order is processed or dispatched for delivery.
